We do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges or store credit for items within 15 days of the delivery date. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact us through the chat box on our website or via email at support@mutu.shop. We will do our best to assist you and provide further instructions. Please note that it may take 24-72 hours for us to process your return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning items for exchange or store credit.
